BabyChata with Fit&Ness BabyChata is a fun, uplifting, and welcoming dance fitness class specially designed for mums and their babies. BabyChata with Fit&Ness, this unique class combines gentle postnatal movement with the joy of Latin-inspired dance, helping mums build confidence, improve wellbeing, and enjoy special bonding time with their little ones.   Set to upbeat bachata-inspired music, BabyChata gives mums the opportunity to move, dance, and socialise in a relaxed and supportive environment — no dance experience needed. Whether your baby is safely snuggled in a baby carrier, in a baby sling, being held in your arms, or simply enjoying the music and movement in their pram, every session is designed to be enjoyable for both mum and baby.   What to Expect in a BabyChata Class Easy-to-follow bachata-inspired dance movements Gentle postnatal fitness suitable for all fitness levels A welcoming, supportive, and non-judgemental atmosphere Babywearing friendly sessions Fun music, rhythm, and movement for both mums and babies Opportunities to meet and connect with other local mums Our classes focus on helping mums gradually return to movement in a safe and enjoyable way, while also supporting emotional wellbeing and confidence after birth.
