Buggy Boot Camp

If you’re a new mum looking for a safe, supportive way to improve and regain your fitness, Buggy Boot Camp is the perfect class for you. This class is designed especially for mums with babies in prams, so you can focus on yourself while your little one watches you work hard. Every Monday at Chowdene Family Hub, we combine strength and functional exercises to help rebuild your fitness after pregnancy. The sessions are structured but relaxed, with plenty of encouragement and zero pressure. If you are looking for a class to improve your all round fitness, you’ll feel welcomed and supported from the moment you arrive.
