If you’re ready to focus on rebuilding strength and confidence after having a baby, our Legs, Bums & Tums class is the perfect next step. Designed especially for mums, this class helps you tone, strengthen, and feel good in your body again — without pressure or unrealistic expectations 💜 Held every Friday at Teams Family Hub, the session focuses on lower-body strength, core recovery, and overall fitness in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere. Every exercise is adaptable, so whether you’re newly post-natal or just getting back into exercise, you’ll be able to work at a level that feels right for you.
